Whipped Feta


Units Scale
  • 8oz block feta in brine
  • 1/2 cup whole milk Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons za’atar
  • 1 lemon, zested
  • Big pinch of red pepper flakes
  • Optional: Garlic clove
  • Optional: 1/4 cup milk or water (keeps it loose even after refrigerating)


  1. In a blender or food processor, combine everything and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Top with any of the following: olive oil, honey, toasted nuts like pistachios, walnuts, pine nuts, mint, pomegranate arils, or olives!
  3. Serve with crackers, bread, vegetables, or as a sauce with your meal, and enjoy!
