Whipped Feta Za’atar Pizza with Harissa Tahini

  • 1 pizza crust dough, I love the trader joes bagged one
  • 1 feta block
  • 1/3 cup whole milk ricotta
  • 3 tablespoons za’atar
  • 3 pistachios, roasted and chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 23 tablespoons harissa tahini
  • honey drizzle, optional


  1. Preheat the oven to 450 F and prepare the pizza dough into the preferred size and shape
  2. Next, in a bowl combine the feta and ricotta until a whipped mixture forms.
  3. Then brush the dough with olive oil (more if needed, never too much), lightly spread on a layer of the cheese, sprinkle with za’atar, and pistachios and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  4. Lastly drizzle with some more olive oil, harissa tahini, and optional honey then enjoy
