What’s not to love about a thin chewy pizza topped with creamy salty feta, herby za’atar, drizzled with a spicy chile paste mixed with nutty tahini and sprinkled with roasted pistachios?


Whipped Feta Za’atar Pizza with Harissa Tahini

- 1 pizza crust dough, I love the trader joes bagged one
- 1 feta block
- 1/3 cup whole milk ricotta
- 3 tablespoons za’atar
- 3 pistachios, roasted and chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2–3 tablespoons harissa tahini
- honey drizzle, optional
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450 F and prepare the pizza dough into the preferred size and shape
- Next, in a bowl combine the feta and ricotta until a whipped mixture forms.
- Then brush the dough with olive oil (more if needed, never too much), lightly spread on a layer of the cheese, sprinkle with za’atar, and pistachios and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
- Lastly drizzle with some more olive oil, harissa tahini, and optional honey then enjoy
