Vegan Strawberry Rose Banana Protein Bread


Units Scale
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups banana mashed (3 large)
  • 1/4 cup coconut yogurt
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon rose water
  • 1 cup flour (I used oat, spelt is also a great option if you aren’t gluten-free)
  • 2/3 cup vegan protein powder (I used sprout living berry collagen)
  • 1/4 cup strawberry powder (crushed freeze-dried strawberry)
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F and grease a loaf pan
  2. In a large bowl combine all the wet ingredients until smooth then fold in the flour, protein powder, strawberry powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the center of the bread
  4. Let it cool before slicing and enjoy
