

Vegan Strawberry Rose Banana Protein Bread

- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups banana mashed (3 large)
- 1/4 cup coconut yogurt
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon rose water
- 1 cup flour (I used oat, spelt is also a great option if you aren’t gluten-free)
- 2/3 cup vegan protein powder (I used sprout living berry collagen)
- 1/4 cup strawberry powder (crushed freeze-dried strawberry)
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F and grease a loaf pan
- In a large bowl combine all the wet ingredients until smooth then fold in the flour, protein powder, strawberry powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the center of the bread
- Let it cool before slicing and enjoy
