Salsa Verde and Tomato Bulgur


Units Scale
  • 1/4 cup salsa verde
  • 1/2 cup bulgur
  • 810 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 shallot, chopped


  1. In a saucepan combine 1 cup of water with the 1/2 cup of bulgur bring to a boil then simmer until no water remains with a lid on the pan.
  2. While the bulgur cooks add the tomatoes, shallot, and salsa verde to a large bowl
  3. Add the freshly cooked bulgur to the bowl with the other ingredients and combine until fully coated.
  4. Serve and enjoy
