Lemon Poppyseed Cookie Dough Bites


Units Scale
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 1 lemon, zested
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • a pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons poppy seeds


  1. Add everything to a bowl and mix
  2. Form and roll into small bites with light pressure
  3. Place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to firm
  4. Can be stored at air temperature for 2-3 days and in the fridge for weeks
