Lemon Herb Smoked Trout Dip


Units Scale
  • 8 oz smoked trout, big flakes
  • 3 anchovies, crushed into a paste
  • 3/4 cup full-fat greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup mascarpone
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup chives, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup tarragon, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 lemon, zested & 1/2 juiced
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper


  1. In a large bowl stir everything together except the trout until well combined then gently fold in the large flakes of the smoked trout
  2. Serve with crispy potatoes, on endive leaves, with crackers on a sandwich or toast – or however, you’d like and enjoy!
