



Lemon Herb Smoked Trout Dip

- 8 oz smoked trout, big flakes
- 3 anchovies, crushed into a paste
- 3/4 cup full-fat greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup mascarpone
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup chives, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup tarragon, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 lemon, zested & 1/2 juiced
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl stir everything together except the trout until well combined then gently fold in the large flakes of the smoked trout
- Serve with crispy potatoes, on endive leaves, with crackers on a sandwich or toast – or however, you’d like and enjoy!
