In a bowl, combine all the lamb burger ingredients and form into 6-8 patties then saute in a pan or grill
For the caramelized onions, in a saute pan melt the butter, and add the onion and salt. Cook the onions on medium-low for about 608 minutes then add in the red wine and simmer for another 10 minutes until soft and the wine has evaporated.
Beat all the cheese ingredients together in a bowl.
Assemble the focaccia bun with a spread of the lemon goat cheese on each side, the lamb burger, the onions and enjoy!
