Kalamata Tahini Dressing


Units Scale
  • 1/4 cup kalamata olives
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 lemon – zested and juice from half
  • 1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper
  • 3 tablespoons tahini
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano


  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender then blend still smooth and creamy
  2. Pour into an airtight jar and store in the fridge for 1-2 weeks.
