

Kalamata Tahini Dressing

- 1/4 cup kalamata olives
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 lemon – zested and juice from half
- 1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper
- 3 tablespoons tahini
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a blender then blend still smooth and creamy
- Pour into an airtight jar and store in the fridge for 1-2 weeks.
