Hot Chocolate Frosted Marshmallows Brownies


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 13 Medjool dates (heated in the microwave for 10 seconds)
  • 1/2 cup almond butter(any nut/seed butter works!)
  • 1/2 cup roasted walnuts
  • 6 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt melted
  • white chocolate and mini marshmallows to top

Instructions

  1. In a high-speed blender or food processor combine all the ingredients but chocolate and marshmallows until doughy consistency forms.
  2. Press the batter into either muffin trays or a 9×9 baking tray.
  3. Chill the brownies for at least an hour.
  4. Melt the white chocolate and fold in the mini marshmallows. Dollop the frosting on top and enjoy
