

Fresh Tomato Olive Tapenade

- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, diced small
- 1/2 cup olives, diced small
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons torn fresh basil
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a bowl and toss them together before serving!
- Ideally is better after sitting in the fridge for 1-2 hours to let the flavors develop a bit more
