

Crispy Spiced Chickpeas
Ingredients

- 1 can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 tsp coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon sumac (optional)
- 14 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon cardamom
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons honey
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425 F
- Lie out the chickpeas on a paper towel and pat the beans very very dry.
- Transfer the beans to a bowl and add the oil, honey, and spices.
- Once the chickpeas are fully coated, lay them onto a baking tray evenly spread out, and bake for 10-15 minutes or just until golden brown.
- Then turn off the heat and let them continue to cool down in the oven for another 10 minutes.
