

Creamy Spiced Lentil Sauce/Dip

- 1 garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cup yellow lentils, cooked
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander
- 1/4 teaspoon sumac
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
- 1/4 cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/3 cup water blend (or more depending on your desired consistency)
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and process until smooth, reaching desired consistency.
- .Store in an airtight container for up to a week in the fridge
- Use as a dip for veggies, fries, or chips. Or add water for a thin consistency and use it as a salad dressing, over grains or pasta, on top of vegetables and protein, etc…
