

Baklava Rice Crispy Treat

- 3 cups brown rice crisps
- 1/2 cup toasted walnuts, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup toasted pistachios, finely chopped
- 1 orange, zested
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon clove
- big pinch salt
- 3/4 cup tahini
- 1/2 cup honey
Instructions
- In a large bowl toss together everything but the honey and tahini
- In a microwave-safe glass bowl combine the tahini and honey and heat for 15-30 seconds until itโs warm and drippy.
- Quickly combine the tahini mixture with the rice crisps mixture and press it into 9×9 pan lined with parchment allowing it to overlay on the sides.
- Place the pan in the fridge, for 2-3 hours, cut into diamonds and enjoy! ๐
- Store in the fridge for 1-2 weeks!
